1Find the property

Type the postcode and house number — we'll pull up the exact building.

📐 We pull the official Ordnance Survey building outline, measure the pitch from Environment Agency laser data, and show it on a satellite photo — you just confirm. No one visits the property. England only for now (Scotland, Wales & NI coming soon).

Zero-rated applies only to a genuine new dwelling. 5% applies to homes empty 2+ years or where the number of dwellings changes — confirm eligibility with HMRC before quoting.

Add a roof section

A separate part of the job — e.g. a rear extension, garage or porch — with its own pitch & covering. It's added to the main roof total.

Measure pitch from a gable photo

Stand back in the garden and photograph the gable end (the triangular wall) as square-on and level as you can. Upload it, then tap along the sloping roof edge (2 taps), then along a level line such as the gutter, a window sill or the ground (2 taps).

Upload or take a photo to start.
